Reception Services

The reception is our guests’ first encounter with their new place of work, their new dwelling, and the ServeringsPartner staff.

For us, it is natural for our guests to be welcomed with a smile, and for check-in to be as quick as possible. The reception is the client’s and ServeringsPartner's outward face when it comes to the camp facilities, and it will be the guests’ most important source of information.

Our highly qualified and experienced reception staff are always ready to help with general details and information to make your stay on one of our projects even more pleasant.

Security:
The check-in and registration routines in reception are crucial both for security relating to invoicing data and security connected with who is staying in the residential camp. Our reception service has developed routines for dealing with this situation at all levels.

Booking system:
In its various projects, ServeringsPartner has developed its own booking system, SPISS, which is specially tailored for a large-scale camp operation. The system has recently been developed further, and there is a Windows version now. The booking system is our most important tool for giving our guests the best possible service.

The booking system is highly flexible and can easily be adapted to the various needs and requirements our clients may have.
